MFBB "Blue Again" Video info

Fellow MFBB devotees!!!

I have conflicting information to share with you.

Having recently gone looking online for the MFBB "Blue Again" concert DVD, I have found some confusing information.

Best Buy has the DVD listed as released on 10-06-2009.

CD Universe has the DVD listed as being released on 12-08-2009.

Best Buy also lists the DVD as available in stores. I will check into this possibility in my hometown and let you know.

Me too! I was patiently awaiting Oct 6th for the Blue Again DVD, and then I saw on cd universe it was changed it to Dec. 8th.

What's up with that?

And remember there was also supposed to be a "Live in Canterbury 2008" DVD in Europe? It was previously listed on cd universe being available in September, but then when the release date rolled around, it suddenly changed to "Not Available."

I guess they've both fallen into the Twilight Zone vortex that also swallowed up the much-hyped "Rumours with previously unreleased footage" CD/DVD.

What about the Island Rumours Band dvd also? That one I'm dyiiing to see.

I found yet another release date to throw into the mix: an Aussie DVD site lists the Blue Again DVD as available Friday November 20th.

While I wait (impatiently) for that, I've ordered a DVD of the MFBB's RockPalast performance here:

MFBB does "World Turning"? I wish that had been on the cd.

You know Mick can't resist doing that drum solo every chance he gets! I've seen a few videos of the Blues Band doing World Turning. Here's one where the first 2-and-a-half minutes are Mick's drum solo!

The Island Rumours Band has included it too -- I remember seeing a vid of Carmine Appice joining Mick and Lopaka Colon on an unbelievable WT drum extravaganza.

Yet another reason to cling to hope for a Blue Again DVD. Since "Shoe" was on the CD, hopefully it will be on the DVD -- if it ever materializes.
