Is there a freeware somewhere that can convert YouTube audio to mp3??

I'd love to add that live "Believe Me" as a "bonus track" on my Mystery To Me iPod playlist. (and the Midnight Special version of "Miles Away" as well)

I don't know what operating system you use, but there's a program called YouTube to MP3 and it's for Macs. I use it all the time. I mean, I'm not about to buy an Ambrosia compilation.
