Kick It meaning?

Does anyone know when Kick It was written? As I understood it the vocals to all the songs on SA were done prior to her going into rehab which would mean the song was already written before she got sober. Maybe this was another one of her premonition songs...writing about the future.

I think it just about getting out of a toxic relationship with "your love is my drug" as the metaphor.
