I better leave work early to check...

Oh, uh...I just woke up/rode to work so I'm having my little can of pineapple juice and a half cup of coffee.

I found this bag veggie/chicken I like a lot, guys (I'm having it for lunch). I usually don't like bag foods, or whatever, but.

It's Contessa brand, and the thing is, it has this really good chinese sauce that comes with it, teriyaki or...I'm not sure.
It has a lot of different kinds of vegetables in it, which is unusual. I mix the bag of it with a bag of frozen broccoli florets (to make it even more veggiebroccolicious) then stir fry.
It's the sauce that makes it.
Also, I don't like rice or pasta much, and those bag meal things usually come with rice or pasta. Which is double good because rice/pasta is just extra carbs with little to no nutritional value.
The chicken breast in it is good, too.
Yummy!

I just had a Turkey club w/ avocado. No mayo, no cheese - just turkey, avo, lettuce and tomato - and a half a small bag of Sun Chips..and a Diet Coke.

Ever thought of substituting Hummus for mayo? It's good, if you like hummus. I hate dry sandwiches. I also really like mayo. So when I skip mayo, I have to have something. Often I use guac, but you already had 'cado on your 'wich.

Oooh...no I've actually never considered hummus as a moisturizer on a sandwich!! But I'm so going to try that..it sounds good!

Lately I have been putting on tomatoes for the moisture, because I also hate dry sandwiches...but I'm gonna try the hummus thing.

My main problem right now though is I can't seem to find a store-bought bread brand that I like The quest continues.

That's odd.

Um, I found the taste of hummus is pretty overpowering, so i just put a little.
Another thing that is good is, if I toast the bread, I brush a little coconut (or olive) oil and sprinkle a smidge of rosemary on one side. If I have pepperoncini, I cut some up and sprinkle a bit on there, too.
I love making sandwiches.
