Default LB Gym Mix

I realized recently that I tend to get myself to the gym a lot more often when I have good music to get me through those 30 minutes on the elliptical. Lately, I've just been putting my Fleetwood Mac playlist on and letting it go, but certain songs just don't pump me up as much as others. Soo, I'm putting together a good Lindsey-based playlist of the songs that either rock the hardest or have the most "manic" guitar parts. So far I have:

Eyes of the World (Live from Boston)
Go Your Own Way (Live)
Don't Let Me Down Again (Live)
Twist of Fate
Miranda
Red Rover
Tusk (The Dance)
This is the Time
Tango in the Night
That's Enough For Me
Second Hand News
Doing What I Can
Gift of Screws
My Little Demon

What songs am I missing? Please tell me I am not the only one who does this!

If I'm doing cardio, I just put the whole eight or ten songs from the Mobile 1980 soundboard on my MP3 player, & just let 'er rip. I just wish it had been originally transferred with higher gain.

I would add his Bass Hall version of "I Know I'm Not Wrong", but that's just me.

I love listening to Lindsey/FM while on the treadmill. Your list looks good. You might also want to add Shuffle Riff from GOS.

That's an almost perfect mix for me. But I can't believe "Come" isn't on there! Especially a nice gritty live bootlegged version, or the live in boston one. It's great for starting off on a treadmill or something, start off slow, then when the solo hits you pick up the pace. When he just rips on that guitar it does wonder for my adrenaline while running.

And I also dig a good fast-paced live version of "World Turning", maybe from the Say You Will tour. When those drums kick in, it's great.

And in case anyone cares (hah) Miranda and Twist of Fate. THE best workout songs for yours truly.

Thanks for the suggestions!

I'm still replenishing some old shows from a computer crash AND having to leave a lot of old cassettes behind, but I added a few live tracks from the Tusk tour.

"Come" is a wonder! It's fun to watch the SPM go up as that song gets going! "Gift of Screws" is also a great timer for weight exercises.

And any live version of GYOW is enough to make me want to stay on the elliptical for days!

Hey bucklind, NyC here too.

Thanks for the interesting strand. I'll have to make my own exercise liddy mix cd. Just as a recommendation, I've lately been enjoying exercising to the remix of "Big Love".
