Evidence beginning to clear Palin

It seems that most of the evidence is pointing to Monegan disrupting Palin's agenda was the cause of his termination and the differences in agendas and disagreements over budgets. However, it seems Monegan and Wooten are both typical agents of law enforcement. None of the emails released mentioned Wooten except for one, and the email seems to be rather general. It expresses outrage that he's still a cop and that the unions were barring some of the allegations from becoming public and she was expressing incredulity at the situation, however there was no specific request to fire Wooten.
