After seeing MULTIPLE shows on, at least, the last few FMac & Stevie tours I"ve found it HAS to be the decision of the venue itself (For instance,there were no cameras allowed at Madison but signs were posted cameras were allowed the next night in Champaign) Same thing happened on the first leg of the SYW tour as well as Stevie's TISL tour. I think it must just depends on if the venue wants to enforce it or not.

Just my findings anyway.
