Actually, the thing that scares me most is that Americans:
* Won't vote for Hillary because she's a woman
* Won't vote or Obama because he's half African
And if either of them get the Democratic nomination & it plays out this way, we'll get stuck with some assh*le Republican for another 4 years. I'd like to think that our country has more sense than that, and that people won't base their vote on race or sex. But let's face it - these are the same people that voted Bush BACK in for ANOTHER 4 years. I have very little faith these days. I hope I'm wrong.

I share your concerns. Obviously, I'll vote for him if he's the candidate. But now I'm just kind of sitting back watching the field take shape. I don't know if his candidacy is really viable. The same goes for Hillary.
