Question Who is Judy Wong?

Hi!
As I was reading The Tango insert I noticed the
Album Tango In the Night was dedicated to Judy
Wong? Does anyone know who she is? Bye, Sky

Judy wong was a long time friend and spiritual advisor for the group...if my memory serves correct. I know Mick mentions her in his book. I'll double check. Also, i believe she passed away in the late 80's.

Default Judy Wong??

Joe,

Judy Wong did not pass away in the late 1980's. I just saw Mick's documentary from last year and there were several interview segments with her. As of last year, she was alive and well.

"Madame" Wong was also formerly married to the bassist from Jethro Tull, forget his name, but he had been friends with Mick and John and gigged with them too.

She was also the person to introduce Bob Welch to the rest of the band.

Jethro Tull's bass player: Glenn Cornick (who also was in Paris with Welch)

Smile Judy Wong!!!

Hi!
Thanks for the input ! I think I saw Judy Wong
in The Dance video sitting back by Elliot Scheiner,
Lindsey's co-producer and their pals!
Some how I got the idea she worked in Mick's
office when they were making F Mac LIVE...it says
S.C.O.E....Judy Wong!!! Know what that means?
I think she is a very pretty Oriental lady!
Thanks for the interest in this question! Bye! Sky

Also, according to Micks book (Life and Adventures in FM) Judy ran the office of Seedy Management back in the 80's. Looks like she's one of those" behind the scenes" people, who have been with FM from the beginning since the late 60's.

Talking Seedy Managment...

Hi Mich...from France!!!
Yes, I read that about Seedy Managment...cute name that!
I see Judy mentioned in very small print on Cover two of TUSK!
Mick lists menue at Chows and then talks about a weird drive thru Hollywood to arrive at The Studio to meet his group and The Dog!
Carol and Lindsey {Buckingham} will / explain all! ????
Mick{Fleetwood}go up stairs to religious meeting hall???? {with}
John {McVie}...Christine...Stevie Nicks...{ His writing is so tiny!}
Then Mick lists others to be present as Greg...Ray...Richard...Bill and
JUDY WONG!!! In a closed session!{Iam supposing to discuss his trip
to Africa and to meet The Dog on the Tusk cover!!!} SKY

Default Bob Welch, Judy Wong & Fleetwood Mac?

According to Mick's book, Judy Wong got Bob Welch in contact with Fleetwood Mac in 1971, just after Jeremy left the band.
