lol. I know, right?

apparently, that's how Maria Callas did it. but you see where that got her.

it is really hard, but nothing you can't do. nothing tastes as good as thin feels...that's what I say.

good luck!

Way to go Jazzy.

You gonna be one fine azz beyotch.

20? Good God. I know I have never been graced by your fabulosity in person. So my opinion is about worthless. But the pics from your trip to cali to see the TP shows don't give me any hint of where all that would come from. Maybe you got a lotta back.

It irritates the piss outta me when I tell someone I have pounds to drop and they laugh in my face(though it was kinda cute when Paula did it). I'm not doing that to ya. I know it's easy to hide an extra 10 or 15 lbs. Been doin it for over a year. But 25 or 30? No way no how. Maybe ya didn't post those pics.

Got about 10 to go here too. 15 and I'd be ripped. But I could never maintain the 15, so I am not shootin for it.

I wonder how many people have actually though this...cause I know I have...not seriously, of course, but still

My grandma was all into some diet pill that she picked up in Mexico - you took one, lose weight, then take another when you're where you want to be...

Well it turns out the "pill" was something that gave her worms..the other? Killed the worms...

Don't know how true that is, maybe it's a family urban legend, but my grandma still tells it to this day..yuck.

Dietician?

For God' sake, who around here needs one?
Between Amber and Paula, I feel I am completely set.
And I am completely not kidding.

Oh, and BTW, better a whore than a slut.

Eh, she's preggers, so she could be a slut too. That said, I think I'll drop this dietician... and just ask Paula & Amber for their advice.

I just bought a NordicTrack Elliptical machine for $100!!! I found it on Craigslist...wasn't the first who replied, but apparently I was the most persistent, non sketchy one who did.

So the guy is even delivering it to me tomorrow...I'm so excited...!!!

Now I'll have to invest on some free weights and learn more non-machine leg exercises - but it'll be worth it to not have to deal with crap at a gym...since when I leave my apartment I'll not have the snazzy apartment gym.

I went and worked out last night for the first time in forever. It was only 20 minutes (that was all I could do before I felt like I was going to collapse), but this morning I actually had the energy to fix something to take to work for lunch and a snack instead of going to the McDonald's drive-thru.

I was 174 when I weighed myself this morning. Highest ever was 177, I think, so I'm not freaking out. Last summer I was down to 160, and I hate that I let myself gain another 15-20 lbs since then. Ideally, I want to be between 125-135. We'll see.

awesome! good for you. how tall are you? I know that my "ideal" weight according to all the charts is like 150-155 for my height (5'8").

I'm 5'5". Apparently, I shouldn't weigh more than 140.

oh, I see. gotcha.

I really wonder about those charts sometimes. I wouldn't complain if I weighed 150, but I can just about asure you I'd look quite manorexic.

Good for you - and 20 minutes is better than none at all! When I started working out again after a long hiatus (and a 40 pound gain) I could only do 15-20 and I couldn't stretch well..it was awful, I felt bad - but got didn't get too discouraged...and it's paid off...now I can do an easy 45 minutes cardio

Just keep at it...good luck!
