Is it just me, or does Fogerty (in this photo only) look like the illigitimate child of Howdy Doody & Richie Cunningham?

I noticed in the new ICE magazine that Fogerty's new album is released on September 28th. Is this the wonderful idea at work again of touring BEFORE the album comes out? More importantly, I wonder if Billy appears on the album? Anyone know?
