I'm not advocating it, but if they did want to do a concert in tribute to Christine, or a tour, this singer could sub for Christine (they would have to make her look less like Christine though).

She points to his guitar and tells the audience that 'THAT guitar is the very one that was used on this song on the Rumours album'.

How great if his guitars didn't just go to collectors who will put them in a display case or something, but were out there being actually played by musicians, and musicians who admire him.

Keith Urban changed the lyric in Say You Love Me from “have mercy baby, on a poor girl like me.” To “have mercy baby on a poor boy like me.” C’mon Kieth, just sing the original lyrics.

I didn't mind that he made his tribute from the narrator point of view. I think that was his way of honoring the song. Singing it from the writer's POV.
The whole thing felt so respectful to me. I don't know a thing about him, either. (Just my 2 cents).
