What is the real story behind the whole Clifford Davis-Fake Mac affair? I'm sensing the actual events and motivations behind the actions are more complex than have been presented.

Though he loves Peter, I think he knows Peter wouldn't fit in the current lineup today, so I guess his answer would be Christine McVie, for obvious reasons.

And I would ask..
Ok since you are a fan of releasing new FM material, when will you edit the new Fleetwood Mac - the 80s decade documentary DVD? It would be cool to know about the making of Mirage and Tango, and their tours.

Is this an actual documentary or just something you'd like to see? If it's something unofficial that Mick needs to finish and release then is there any of it floating around? I agree...I'd LOVE to see more about Mirage and Tango. These albums are always neglected in that we don't ever hear much about them apart from the fact that Lindsey left the band in acrimonious circumstances after Tango. I've never seen any stuido footage of Tango, is there much out there?

something I'd like to see. There is no old doc from those days, but they could produce and give interviews (like the Making of Rumours, 1997) about those days, plus videos, footages, if there are. One "new" thing that can be covered, never before because there were little v.clips productions, would be comments about the making of Gypsy, Little Lies, Everywhere, Big Love and Seven Wonder videos.

Yes, we did get limited footage about the making of Big Love and Gypsy and obviously there is more of that somewhere. We'd love to have it.

Same as posted for Christine (and speaking of balls): Did you or did you not participate in the discussion and/or decision to diss Bob Welch when it came to his inclusion in the HOF for FM? Not that I give a rat's ass about the HOF or the clowns who run it, but the part that pertains to Bob's exclusion I do.

anyway...questionS for Mick

what was your first drum set like?
at what point in your life did you say "ah, I can never go back to a regular job now"?
why are your toms set up backwards?
will you give me lessons? (to which he'd reply.."you have much to learn, grasshopper")
Read his book. The first two questions are answered!

If I could ask Mick any question in the world, I think I would ask him the following:

Is there every any kind of chance in the world that Peter Green will ever record or perform with the MFBB?

If I couldn't ask him that, then I'd ask him: Would you be so kind as to give me a drum lesson?

Do you guys remember several years ago when Mick's Web site was selling something or other (a home stereo system or electronic drum pads, I think)? There was a contest on to see who would get to take a private one-hour lesson with Mick Fleetwood.

But we never heard who won that contest, or what happened during the lesson.
