April fool's day

I was going to ask you american ledgies about the history behind April fool's day, but I already found this site.

In Peru, we have the Innocent's day, similar to Mexico. It's on dec 28, (the day Herod killed children). Don't know why it became in the jokes tradition. I don't even know why you can only play those jokes just in the morning, by noon.

Anyway, just wantedd to share it.
