Hey Gypsy what part of RI are you from? The last time that he did a solo tour he came to Boston. That was the closest to RI. I went there but I really want to see him come here.

Hopefully with the "RI Loves Lindsey" signs that I held up at the Boston and Mansfield shows he will get the idea.

I was able to make both Boston and mansfield shows with FM. I'm from Warwick so those areas are not far you know. I am always willing for a road trip! I just don't remember him coming around solo

On a totally different topic - yet slight related to this one - the title of this thread reminds me of that moment in Destiny Rules, where the band is backstage waiting to perform. Someone asks "Where is Lindsey", and someone, I think Mick says, "He's probably peeing"...and off in the background you hear Lindsey say.."...not yet!"

Lindsey's too self centered to care about working with other artists, be they up and coming or established. I see him as very unconcerned with collaborating and interacting in the musical community this way. He's never been the grand collaborator, except in Fleetwood Mac, and even then it was only for the sake of knowing that the success of F.M. fell on top of his shoulders much of the time, as he had a huge hand in the production and sound of their albums.

Yeah, writing, making music with, you know, general collaborating. I know he's "worked with" (in the general sense) a lot of people in the past, but how long ago? It's seems like he's hiding under a rock these days.

He recently worked with Vanessa Carlton, Big Star, Trailer Park Troubadours (has anyone actually heard this?), Tom Petty, Cory Sipper (sort of). I feel like I'm forgetting at least one. Granted they were not major collaborations, but at least he hasn't been totally reclusive.

Ya better be getting that long rumored solo album out sooner than later (Or at least a new track leaked out for yer fans would be nice), cause even Guns N Roses have had 4 leaks in the past week from their upcoming "Chinese Democracy" release ("I.R.S.", "Better", "Catcher in the Rye" & "There Was A Time"---With the track "I.R.S." receiving airplay on the air in stations on both Coasts) and ya dont want Mr.Rose & co. to have beaten you in releasing new material...Do ya?
