You can get "Lucky devils" and "Crazy cool" from www.rickvito.com if you scroll down to the bottom of the front page of that site, you'll see where he says he has both and how you should specify to him which one you want when you send the money order.

"Bandbox boogie" is currently available via www.amazon.co.uk but going by the European tour dates on Rick's site, he must have just got home from that tour by now so I'd imagine he'll have that one for sale through his site soon as well. Hope that helps.
