Lightbulb Well.....no.

It's a beautiful song and it does sound like a lullaby, but it's not my fave song on the album. I agree with Carne in that Everybody Finds Out is AWESOME (and my fave SN song on the album), it ROCKS and I pray they do it in concert!

That's so wierd how most people put Red Rover as a grower song because that song hit me like a Mack truck when I first heard it and it just gets better and better with each listen, but hey, we all have our faves, right? His lyrics are AMAZING on it and I just cannot get over how amazing those guitars are. There is this particular guitar sound in the chorus at times 1:03, 1:08, 1:13, 2:51, 2:56, 3:01 that I just ADORE. I can't explain it in words tho.

His voice SOARS when he sings "and the lips you were kissing, night after night"...FRICKIN AWESOME!!!!

OMG, sorry, I didn't mean to hijack this thread to chat about Red Rover, but I wanted to explain why I loved it the most. LMAO!!

Goodbye Baby...pretty song.

Default POSSIBLE TOWER REFERENCE?

In Los Angeles at the Cedars Sinai Hospital, which is the one all the celebs go to, there is the North Tower and the South Tower. I was just there visiting a friend and asked where maternity was and they said "oh that's in the other tower" Just a thought

Default hmm

sorry, I dont' agree at all, the vocals on the song are awful I think, I would have liked a mor epowerful vocal on the track.

My fave and imo the best is Everybody finds out, that has the most potential to be the best live song on the album I think.

It is the most heartbreaking song, so sad I still can't listen to it without getting teary. This is Stevie's writing ability at it's finest.

Beautiful, moving, precious. A real gem. Yes, it's my favorite track on Say You Will.

I must say that the fact that I didn't listen to the demo first (to avoid "Smile At You"-type disappointments) may have helped this belief.

Song of the moment - Goodbye Baby

It could be but I know that all of her doctors are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
Doesn't mean that she couldn't go to LA, however.

Default Well...

This song is emotionally compelling, but melodically... it doens't work for me. It always sounds like she is coming in just a little bit earlier than the beat... and while the voice is good for effect, it's not really "hit song" material.

What they really should have released as a single was "Everybody Finds Out." That song is AWESOME.

I NEVER said the vocals were wanting......

I said (!), that "Goodbye Baby" wouldn've been better served by a grand piano.......

"You were with me all the time.......
"I'll be with you..... one.... day........"

Stilll the best song on the album!!!!

Althought "Everybody Finds Out" is catching up!!!!

Oops sorry, my mistake I thought it was weird that someone called The Tower was bemoaning Goodbye Baby! Oh I know I think it may have been on Mick's BS actually.

Here's something fun for my apology!
