I bought two copies of the True Blood RS. One was for a friend, really! I bought the Mad Men one too. It's been weird watching those two shows back-to-back!

I read the Sookie book series, and although I love the show, I like the books better because they focus on Sookie. The show has too many storylines going on. I hate it when they go away from the Sookie/Bill/Eric/Pam storyline.

Since each season is loosely based on the books, I'm looking forward to next season. Should be good stuff if you're an Eric fan!

I haven't watched an HBO series since maybe Six Feet Under or Oz left the air. And thought this whole vampire thing was played out, but last week while flipping through some On Demands I figured I'd check out this whole True Blood fuss, and I'm glad I did because I've come to love this show! The storylines are great and I think my favorite has to be Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) with his gelled short hair and eyes. So cute. The entire cast is great though and I started on episode 17 (on the box anyway) and so far I'm on 28 out of 36 so I have to keep catching up. Don't tell me what happens!
