Yes, I think she knows a lot of what people want. It seems lately these topics that have been vigorously discussed on this and probably other boards magically come out in interviews (the real story on the boots, doing lesser known songs in the future, etc.) I've always thought someone in her camp visits fan boards, etc. on a regular basis to get the real scoop and then decides how much info. they want to share with Stevie (considering her ultra sensitive nature). She may be a complete technofobe but that doesn't mean the people around her are. I think she probably is more aware of a lot of things than most people think.

Taku used to do that -- & maybe still does.

And again this is NOT a hard song to sing. In fact there is very little singing to do. In fact the slow moodiness of the song is right up Stevie's alley these days. She can do a few short passionate lines and then during the instrumentals slink into the shadows while Lindsey and the guys kick the **** out of it. And we've all seen the recent Silver Springs, she can be INTENSE.
I agree. Great post. Stevie can still kick ass on a song if she wants to and like you said. SS ending is intense and if she can also do FFG like she did on Sound Stage, it would work. It is just the perfect Stevie moody song to do and Lindsey and the boys would still kick it while Stevie was in the shadows. It would definitely be a highlight of the show with thousands of jaws dropping to the floor in amazement.

In range, it's G3 to A5 -- not a big deal, even for Stevie nowadays.

They should do it!

I listened to "Sisters" for the first time yesterday in a long while (the album version). Whenever I think of the song, I always think of the Mirage video version - a hard act to follow... But she could totally pull off this song today. There's not a whole lotta singing in this song that would require vocal strain unless she wanted to take it to that level - and there's long breaks between versus for recovery if she did. Her vocal register of today is completely compatible too I think... Plus there's places in the song for Lindsey to go bananas - especially the end... The background singers would have to get their sh*t together to do the Ohhs & Ahhs. But yeah... They should attempt it.

That's exactly what I've been trying to say! If she can pull off Beautiful Child and Storms with gusto these past two tours, she can do an original style Sisters! Her voice register during Tusk was lower than it had been for Rumours, something I think people also forget. Come on Stevie... you can do it!!

Exactly.

Now, let's bring back SOTM.

FYI - most venues I've been too don't allow signs/posters, at least not anything larger than an 8x10 sheet of paper.

As much as I like SOTM I think hearing Crystal would be amazing. SOTM would be great too, maybe Angel, but Crystal is what I want to see from them at some point. What about No Questions Asked? She could probably rock that one out.
