That is so amazing Liz. I love that one oic with the 2 of them together and they're hugging and I think Chris is in like a fur coat.

I adore those two pictures w/ her in the fur coat. They were both taken at the airport. I spent a fortune to get them but they were well worth the $!! Her eyes look so gorgeous and his face looks so chiseled. :-P It does crack me up how Chris insisted on still holding her cigarette while she hugged him LOL. The guy is gone for like three months, she couldn't put the cig out and hug him with both arms? I think the band were actually met at the airport by lots of cameras/press that day, since Albatross had become a massive hit in the UK while they were away-- so just having all the cameras there, knowing they were 'on display', must have been weird. Two of the guys were also detained at customs for trying to bring gas guns into the country w/ them; I don't know which two...

BTW thanks SOO much for everyone's kind words. I was kind of afraid to let this go out into the world after working on it for so long, but it's great to know other people like it, and find these two as interesting as I do!

Lisa, you've done an excellent job so far. It's really appreciated. A lot of us love John & Chris & either can't remember old stories about them or never learned the details in the first place. Your work is definitely valuable. Here's looking forward to parts 2 & 3!

Thanks so much for the John and Chris story! Being the fanatic fan that I am I have read bits and pieces of this before, but never all in one place and logically organized=:-)I have always considered Chris to be just about perfect (no pun intended); I just love her, and have been sad she doesn't get the recognition she deserves. I adore John as well, love that dry sense of hunor he has. I didn't realize Chris had had that much musical training. I am sure she taught Lindsey a thing or two even though he never admits to it=:-)Where would he have heard Pachelbel's Canon? Listen to the bass part of EOTW-it's Pachelbel's Canon, and I bet Chris taught it to him!

Anyway I am rambling but I am loking forward to Parts II and III!
