Default Eyes of the World (live 1982 Irvine California)

I just got 4 CD's from a guy in the UK...2 from 1982, 1 from 1980 and 1 from 1990. They are all live concerts.

This version of Eyes of the World is my favorite...although the 2003 Say You Will official commercial version is really close to tying for favorite...

Does anyone have different favorite?

Not bad...I like the Mirage Tour HBO concert version better though.

Hey Mylittledemon

Is this John's bass or Lindsey's guitar again?

The Chain circa 1980

Umm...it is the guitar again. He's put a capo on the 2nd fret and is just playing those "bass notes" in Drop D tuning.

WOW -- I thought it was McVie again. Damn, you're good! Thanks for the expertise...someday I'm gonna save enough money (from working my night job at Target) and buy me a guitar and some lessons...

Adam (aka T.D. = Touchdown because I love college football)

Hey Mylittledemon -

Here's something to make you laugh. I admire your guitar playing and regularly read the posts about the new guitar you bought. Wanna hear about my new guitar? (I work at Target.)

I bought Guitar Hero - it's a video game for PS2. The controller is a guitar. I am having fun.

(Mom says she likes it because she feels it looks more classy than a regular controller in my hands. )

Anybody out there got my style of guitar?

Here's something just as funny...i cant play Guitar Hero to save my life. I haven't the coordination or something. All my non-musician friends are 10 times better at it. Including (gasp!...insert machismo) the girls.

I've heard the same thing from a musician friend of mine. With practice, I've gotten pretty good at Guitar Hero, although "Free Bird" destroys me on every attempt. Out of all my friends who play the game, I do have the honor of being the only one who can get through the Stones' "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" on the highest level without getting boo'd off the stage.

"Come" would be an awesome song in Guitar Hero. I'd also love to see the live version of "Big Love" attempted. I think someone would have a seizure attempting that on the controller/guitar.
