It was so right that this case also made Don Henley speak publicly about his abuse of a 16 year old sex worker.

Pure greed.
If the notes were never stolen then why would it be a crime to sell them. If Henley alleges they were stolen then why did he not report to the police or sue the person in possession of the notes for decades?
It appears Henley and his greedy agent suddenly became concerned recently when the person in possession of the notes was going to sell them. They viewed it as someone making money off the Eagles without them making money.

Agreed. His voice is still in prime condition. He’s mean to fans who dance at Eagles concerts. He loves his audience using oxygen tanks and with millions in checking.
