1978 Rolling Stone Cover

Hi Ledgies,
Just quick question, i have recently come across a framed original pressing of the 1978 Rolling Stone Cover of the band shot by Annie Lebowitz (the one with Mick in a cheerleaders outfit), i've been quoted $600 how does everyone feel about the price, am i being over charged?

what do they mean by "original pressing"? isit an actual photograph, or just the magazine cover in a frame? if it's the latter.. I'd say that's far too pricey

I buy a lot of rare vinyl...and it's sort of the same principal. It just depends on how many are out there for sale right now and how pristine you absolutely need it to be.

If there's only 1 or 2 you can find from legitimate sources on the internet.....then it looks like $600 is the market price. Now if there are a bunch out there then I say do a bit more digging and find a cheaper one. I'm not sure how rare the issue is these days

There's actually a sealed one on ebay for $30. You could easily get it framed for another like....$50-80.
