I don't tend to watch much television. But I do like :-

* Boston Legal (Denny Crane! Alan Shore is dreamy in a bewildering sort of way)
* Any TV show with Rupert Everett involved (I'm a pair of binoculars and a bush away from stalker, lol)
* Old Grey Whistle Test
* Blackadder
* Black Books
* I used to really love House Md, but I kind of lost the thread :s
* The IT Crowd
* Spaced
* Porridge
* Buffy The Vampire Slayer! (Giles. Need I say anymore?)
* Star Trek (Next Generation and Voyager. Deep Space Nine is a turd of the highest order. I cannot stress this enough. If I were on that space station I would open a gas line and light a bloody match, just to save the audience. Can you sense the contempt I have for this show?)
* That Mitchell And Webb Look
* Documentaries (I particularly love programs on Greek history and Mythology)

Sherlock
Granada's 80s Sherlock Holmes (Jeremy Brett)

I've always been a sitcom guy. Let's see, through the years....
Seinfeld (#1!!!!!)
M*A*S*H
Everybody Loves Raymond(this has really become a new(er) favorite)
The Dick Van Dyke Show
Golden Girls
Home Improvement
Married, With Children

About the only new sitcoms I watch are:
The Middle (I LOVE this show).
Big Bang Theory(not crazy about it, but it's okay. Sheldon IS the show).

NON sitcoms are pretty much Food Network shows. I love:
Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives
Restaurant Impossible

I like to watch DDD too but recently read somewhere where Guy Fiari or whatever who does the show, has his people go in beforehand and check out the diner owners because he is extremely homophobic and won't be around gays. Now I don't know if this is true or not but if it is, he's in the wrong business because gays are everywhere in TV land. Also hard to believe too because if he is in fact this way, you'd think it'd be hard for him to avoid such people given all of the shows he does on both TV and cable and you just know someone in the production crew is gay. So, I don't know...

I'm only going to list current TV shows:

Downton Abbey (this could easily be my fav TV show of all time)
Revenge (my guilty pleasure)
Family Guy
The Cleveland Show

Other than those, PBS is pretty much always on at my house. I watch the PBS News nightly, Washington Week, all the little cooking & home improvement shows, etc.

I've actually become somewhat of a TV junkie of late... watching Dexter, Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, and Camelot.

My all time favourite show is still Seinfeld, though. It just never gets old for me.

Absolutely agree! The PERFECT foursome. Each character compliments the other 3, so perfectly.
