PayPal - Any issues?

Looking to purchase some vinyl but I don't want to give
out my credit info. So anyone had good or bad experiences
with PayPal?

I'm only talking about purchases.

I've had no real problems with PayPal. Though, no such organisation can be totally secure I think PayPal tends to be pretty watertight- you shouldn't have any problems making purchases through them.

No problems with PAYPAL , I did have a problem with a company i made a purchase with after 4 months months and they did not ship my purchase or respond to emails , Paypal handle it and refunded me immediately

I've used PayPal since it launched with no issues whatsoever. It's fool-proof, easy, secure, protects the buyer and is accepted almost universally on eBay. I have, literally, bought hundreds of items and paid for them with PayPal and cannot recount a single bad experience.

I should add - you have to link PayPal to a credit card or checking account to make payments with it, so if you are reluctant to enter that information, PayPal will not work for you. You will have to actually, you know, type the numbers in there.

I've known sellers who've had problems in the past and called it Pay-not-pal back then, but for buyers it's a good way of paying various people without them having your card number. If you want to have a bit of do-it-yourself security when typing anything sensitive in, do the order differently and use false numbers letters and replace them at the end... this will foil key logger spyware. Say for example you want to put in a number 109552 you might type the 55 part first, then a 3 you'll replace at the end, then the 2 then 09 and replace the 3 with the 1. After awhile it becomes a habit for typing passwords and numbers you use a lot and at any computer.
