Actually, Atlantic is still owned by Time-Warner. It is part of their Warner Bros.-Elektra/Asylum-Atlantic (WEA) group of labels with joint manufacturing and distribution facilities.

However, promotion is done by the individual labels themselves.
So that's why the Warner Bros. Records website only contains links to its subsidiary labels like Reprise and Maverick and not Elektra or Atlantic.

And when Stevie moved from Atlantic to Reprise, she just moved from one label to another within the same parent company.
