No one, including Stevie, is inherently horrible. She is a human being who did things you don't like. Other people don't feel she did anything wrong.

Having all this anger and ill will is not accomplishing anything, though. If her music or persona no longer gives you pleasure why torture yourself?

TORTURE??? Please, Nancy.

I'm basking in the public's extreme disapproval of her.

Venting about it feels good and is frequently amusing. But people who are tired of the complaining should not torture themselves. There are plenty of places where Stevie is vaunted, especially since the re-resurfacing of Dreams. She is loved and praised and her fans can all be together somewhere and enjoy it.

The vast majority doesn't hate Stevie Nicks.
She's doing fine.

Homer, yes, on this board. Not in the real world.
This board has you and the usual group of members that will post negative comments, regardless.
For me, I only really come here to access the archives, as some really cool stuff exists here.
I love Fleetwood Mac. My favorite band of all time. I also like Stevie and Lindsey's solo career.
But rehashing the firing, deriding every single thing she says or does, name calling...
Waste of time IMO.

I know plenty of fans who don't come to the Ledge, who were pissed that she had Lindsey fired. He didn't break the chain, she did.

Opinions are like something...

This has been happening for years, even before Lindsey's actions got himself fired.

98% of people here used to worship $tevie. I'd say that number is down to about 50% these days. $he's shown her ass one too many times.

I'd Imagine many fans left because of the negativity here vs. fans turning against her, so that has to get factored in.

At the risk of being flamed... this dude made a TikTok of himself skateboarding with some juice, (somewhat incorrectly) lip synching someone else's song. It's very cute and wildly popular, don't get me wrong -- but does he "deserve" to be a millionaire over this? I don't begrudge Stevie or any other member any royalties they may make off this. The song is one of the greats. Well deserved. The guy got his 15 minutes, a few goodies and maybe he will be hired to do more social media ads. I don't think Stevie owes him anything at all.

Agreed. He has been repaid.
