I'm also wondering if there will be a New Year's Eve show added.
Today I was driving on the 91 freeway in L.A. and I saw a billboard/ad for the Dec. 30 show. Of course there was no photo of the Mac, just "Fleetwood Mac Dec. 30 MGM Las Vegas" but what I noticed on my return trip was that above Fleetwood Mac was "New Years Show." What does that mean!?! Dec. 30 is not new years, it's not even new years eve. Shouldn't it read "New Years Eve Eve Show?".

Vegas?
I see that the December 39 show is not cancelled, but don't you think it will be?

The level of commitment for the Vegas show is no where near what it was for the Aus leg of the tour...Even if John's health is still not up to par by then FM could still do the show with a "guest" bass player...It's only one show...

The fact that my radio station is still giving away tickets for the December 30 show made me wonder the same thing. Would they consider a subsitute bassist if John is not up to it? Obviously there wasn't time to do that for Australia, but they could arrange something for Vegas. Not sure I see the point, though.

My guess is that if John is healthy enough, they will do a Dec 30 and Dec 31 show (filming both with Christine performing on a few songs)

They are scheduled to play Dec 31 but it is private. No public on-sale.

If it's a corporate show, I would think not. First of all the crowd isn't the same and the set is sometimes shorter. Plus, they wouldn't be doing retakes if needed.

I learned in video production training to avoid filming things that break up the continuity of the video. Also I think John wont be in the mood for a night of filming ether if he is not feeling good.

Actually - 99% of corporate shows with General session, keynote speakers and known talent are recorded. They usually use clips from the week in the closing video.... The content is property of the corporate client and video ops turn over everything at the end or at post con.... Most of the time when it's not recorded, it's because of strict order by the speaker or talent..... Again, that very rarely happens.
Then you have times like last night where I iphoned the camera TD's monitors (my station was right behind him) and got 6 camera views of the band - which band? Let's just say, they're really good!
