I wonder if she an Neil made any demos on the road. He posted a picture of her playing a keyboard in a hotel room after she passed.

i was always wondering what would a combo of Chris/Linds/Neil/Mick produce, since that first time Mick befriended Neil on his blues band's AUS tour. might be interesting although from what i hear all Neil's recent stuff is incredibly bland and boring. but maybe combo would spark something.

we will unfortunately never know.

I think the Fleetwood-McVie-McVie rhythm section and Mike Campbell on lead would have given Neil’s song a much needed boot in the ass.

to clarify, my interest was in Lindsey-Christine-Neil-Mick collab, not MC who was not in the picture at the time anyway, back in 2016 or so.

It would be really cool if he brought Janet Robin back into his solo band.

FWIW, in one of the docs Vito says Mick asked him whether he wanted to do any of his original material in the show. Vito said no, but he would like to do some of the Peter Green stuff.

ThatÂ’s a real hard questionÂ…but I think, itÂ’s a race thing.

In Britain, Rhythm and blues was imported in the late 50s early 60s was appreciated by a small number Â…which grew, and grew, through various bandsÂ…
Alexis Korner, Chris Barber, Cyril DaviesÂ…Lonnie Donegan, all responsible for introducing black music to the UK.
I donÂ’t know too much about it but as a young girl, 12/13 I used to listen to this music on the radioÂ…and it was just so good. And the young generation then just got into it.

Maybe Brits could relate to the words of the Blues, life was tough after WW2, rationing, austerity, real poverty and hardship.
Brits borrowed the Blues, to turn it into something easier on the earÂ…..and then sold it back Â…Big time..
IÂ’ve often wondered about Brit bands selling the Blues back to America..

They didn't simply "steal it." They repackaged it into something new – more a hybrid of blues and rock 'n roll than straight blues. That's how they were able to succeed with it and sell it back to America.

I was thinking the same. Hope there are those recordings.

They could play lead guitar off each other, but he'd have to let Neale go and I don't see that happening.

With Brett sadly gone, I think he'll return to a four-piece band of himself, Neale, Jimmy, and Michael. If he were to add anyone, I think it would be Federico Pol on bass.

Jimmy left Lindsey's band to return to The Chicks. The drummer in Lindsey's band is Michael Urbano.

I think you're right it will be a four piece. I think it's because of the budget. Fed wasn't hired for the 2021 Tour. I don't think Fed has played any tours with anyone since Solo Anthology Tour in 2018.

What is Campbell up to these days?

Crowded House is putting out a new album this year, right?

you should probably move this question to one of the other forums. what MC or CH is doing these days really has nothing to do with Lindsey solo.

In terms of the track listing, I'm curious if any of the unused tracks from the Gift of Screws bootleg will make an appearance on the new album. As of 2023, here are the remaining songs that have yet to appear on an official Lindsey Buckingham or Fleetwood Mac album.

1) Gotta Get Away
2) Wear You Down (Steve's Riff)
3) The Singer Not the Song
4) Deep Dense
5) Given Thing
6) When Blue Turns to Grey
7) My Little Demon (studio version)
