180lbs. I would look like I was dying from mal-nutrition

I'm 5'10", but I just don't carry extra weight well. 20 lbs looks like 40lbs on me!

Considering I dwarf alotta people...If I did not have the genetic problem that I inherited (As does my older brother Geary) from my Mother I wouldnt not even look like I weigh 230-240lbs. (I inherited the weak muscle lining of the abdomen which makes me look chunky in the middle whereas everything else is toned & tight musclewise).

Hell, My 12 year old niece Kendra is already 5'-3" and she just turned 12 on Dec.1st (I still use her as an armrest as I do anyone else in the family )...She is goin' to be an amazon as an adult.

Brian j.

ps-When Deb and myself met in 1991 I was 5'-6" and 147lbs...I grew to being 6'-2" & 230-240 lbs. since then. Btw, Deb lost over 100 lbs this past year, But not due to dieting as her Chemo/Radiation treatments did that trick

Spend less time on the internet than I do.

Start dating just for fun, without being concerned if it'll go the distance (but if it does -- awesome).

Make more friends to fill the void left by the ones who've moved away and/or gotten married and started families.

Keep off the weight I lost (and the couple pounds I gained over Christmas), and tighten my tummy.

GET OUT OF THE HOUSE MORE OFTEN -- panic attacks be damned.

Thumbs up Well...

I could try to find more rare Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks/Lindsey Buckingham music in 2005...Shouldnt be all that hard nowadays with all the newer stuff popping up left & right.

Now if I can get a certain taper to trade me his copies of the 2004 W.Palm Beach & the complete 2003 Duluth, GA shows then I think I will have copies of all known 2003-2004 U.S. SYW tour shows.

Isn't it funny how more friends drift away every year?
I've made the same resolution....

1. Get back on my diet and lose at least another 25 lbs.

2. Continue to work on my resolution from last year -- to not always be in such a hurry. Seems all I do is rush, rush, rush.

3. Start/work on/finish my daughter's lifebook

Those are the biggies I guess.

Carol

Curtis, I think if you're there with him, he'll forget about the panic attacks(until he realizes that he's finally alone with you.....that might start a separate panic attack!)

YOU have the right idea, my friend!

When my mother used to ask my brother and I what we were giving up for Lent (told ya she's a diehard Catholic), my brother used to say, "I'm just giving up."

I have the exact same problem. I'm the same height as you, and when I weighed 176lbs., people acted as if I had reached Raymond Burr proportions.
