I have to admit, it's actually not bad at all.
Perhaps it's because I was expecting something awful... or maybe I'm just happy to finally have the taste of Cranberries out of my mouth.

Nothing can ever top FM/Lindsey's version, of course, but I like the fact that they re-interpreted it.
I've always felt that if you're going to cover a song, you should make it your own, and do something fresh with it... otherwise, don't bother.

So, for what it is, it's pretty good!

Yeah, doing something different with a remake, definitely doesn't mean it'll turn out right!

But since they at least tried, they get bonus points.

Exactly Johnny. I think either do it remarkably better or make something really different. Unfortunately covers are often used by performers running out of ideas or even more by performers who don't write their own stuff but get produced by some "production factory" people. Often it's just a copy or karaoke show. Then they get praised by their often very young fans who often even don`t know that it`s not their own work.
For this one- yes they changed it so the approach is O.K. The result- well it doesn't bother or annoy me but that`s all I could say.

Arrow Well...

I heard this on the radio today...on KVIL in Dallas, which is a light rock station. They play Rhiannon and Dreams sometimes. I do hope it's a hit.

Ummmm....Well, they made it different.

The vocals are pretty, but they should have done YMLF or something.

well, the fact that it's different doesn't make it good. Drizzle. It doesn't give any new feel. It takes away the original feel and replaces nothing. Yes, ChiliD. Perfect for the elevator in fancy but faceless hotels.
