Rick Vito's first session?
Former Delaney & Bonnie "Friend" and one of Derek's "Dominos", Bobby Whitlock's first three solo albums are being re-released on CD here soon.
One Rick Vito appears on Bobby's first solo album Raw Velvet. (I seem to recall Rick mentioning that it was his first session)

Like I said in the Bluestown thread, I'll always defer to your knowledge, Chili -- you were there during those days -- and as for me, for some odd reason, I have a hard time remembering anything I was doing in the seventies.
Rick's website says his first session was Todd Rundgren's Something/Anything, but also work with Bobby Whitlock (and others): Quote:
