She is never going to perform the song at one of her shows. I am still doubtful that she 'll do it on SNL and if she does she will have MS Crow in tow to sing it as she croaks along.

It seems she didn't. I found some new videos of YouTube, from songs of this setlist:

Outside the Rain
Dreams
If Anyone Falls
Stop Draggin' My Heart Around
For What It's Worth
Gypsy
Wild Heart
Bella Donna
Stand Back
Free Fallin'
Gold Dust Woman
Leather and Lace
Edge of Seventeen
Encore:
Rhiannon
Landslide

That's really surprising that she didn't play it at her show the day after it was released! You'd think being she's so proud of it she would have played it before a stadium crowd.

She's still singing two covers in her 15 song setlist too.

Not so strange for her. She never played Desert Angel on her summer tour when the troops were coming home in the summer of 1991. She never played Illume in NYC in her first visit back to NYC in 2003 where she was trapped in 2001.
If you listen to her and other Mac members they were burned by fans for performing too many Rumours songs on the 1976 tour. Fleetwood Mac had the most casual and fickle fans ever (excluding us). Seriously though something about this band and members their "fans" dont want to hear new music. They want to twirl to Stand Back and sing along to Landslide.

That's my point. That she won't do it on SNL.

Interesting… I 100% think she will sing it on SNL. Absolutely 100%.

I tend to agree, why did they book her, especially right before election, if not to sing her political statement. I’m guessing this will make her the oldest female musical guest in the show’s history???

Oh my goodness, that’s right she will be. Dionne Warwick at age 80 did sing in a surprise skit but she wasn’t the musical guest. Stevie might be the oldest musical guest, I’m trying to recall if McCartney was on it in his 70s.

how long between now and the SNL show?? Is she done her tour? I thought I saw someone post a video on youtube saying it was the last show of the tour.

She would have to rehearse the hell out of a new song... if she were still touring I'd say there's no way to fit that in. If the tour is done, and she can get the band to stick around and rehearse the song a zillion times.....MAYBE she'd do it on SNL. To me this means her having Waddy as musical director rehearse the band to death on it before she ever shows up a week or so later to try and rehearse and work out her vocals.

Even then it's a risk. I'm still inclined to think that she won't do it.... but if I were her PR team, I'd sure want her to do it. The song is so long it would def need to be cut down...I'd vote to cut a lot of that 2+ minutes of whispery Baby Jane at the beginning and get to the rocking part sooner. But given her constant whine about how audiences don't want to hear new songs live, they want to hear the hits they know....I'm still highly doubtful.

Many bands work out new material at sound check. So that's a possibility.

Understood. I just don't see her as one of them. I think new material wigs her out on tour, but who knows what goes on in her mind.

I agree. She totally wants to stay within her comfort zone.

I think she may end up doing The Lighthouse and Show Them The Way this week on SNL. Remember she said she wanted to sing Show Them The Way live back in 2020, promoting that song as one of her best written songs. The SNL audience will be very friendly so she can surely sing two new/newish songs without any boos. If she does three, I'd say For What It's Worth. She can sing her three election songs.

TWO new songs??

"one of her best songs" She's either delusional, or thinks WE are that dumb to fall for her marketing bs. It's a dog.

Stevie is not a risk-taker. She likes guaranteed successes. Stand Back, Landslide, she can't even do Edge that well anymore... Possibly Dreams. And notice how many of those are Mac songs, not solo songs (and oooold Mac songs at that).

You think she's going to sing The Lighthouse, right?

Ok then, I'll change it to say The Lighthouse, Talk To Me, and Rooms On Fire
