15 years. They did the Brits/Grammys/HoF thing in early 1998 and then she jetted off into the sunset.

I have to say that if Ken's updates are reliable and Christine does play, then I think there is something lovely about the fact that she is likely to do blues stuff. It's like, at 70, she is coming full-circle.

Oh please. If I was anywhere on the west coast I would be on a plane. A six-hour flight is easy. A 12-hour flight... that's real pain.

This song always reminded me of "Gotta Hold On Me" in terms of the music. The lyrics are kind of corny, but so are the lyrics to "You Make Loving Fun," and look how good that tune turned out with the "Lindsey touch."

I was thinking about this today. It would take me just $500 to get to Nevada, Colorado or Arizona, but Hawaii is $2500. HejiraNYC has all those frequent flyer miles. Why keep those to himself??
