Thanks for the heads up. Hadn't been keeping an eye on the page tonight because we already know what 24 Karat Gold sounds like so no urgency there...

Very interesting! I LOVE that "Belle Fleur" is a long one! It was never one of my favorite demos but ever since we got the official track listing, THAT is the song I've been the most curious to hear. And now, because of it's length (the demo is only 4:37) I'm curious to see how this one was reworked and changed around. I love the snippet of it on Instagram.

So will "Cathouse Blues" be Stevie's shortest song ever, or can anyone think of anything else she's done that's shorter?

Looks like the whole album clocks in at 72:28!

Thanks for the info. So I guess "Cathouse Blues" IS her shortest "officially released" song.

This will be good for mix tapes/CD's for when you have less than three minutes left but want to squeeze another song in there.

There are two bonus tracks on special orders, making 18 tracks. Do we know what the 2 bonuses are?

After feeling a bit blah and cranky upon hearing The Dealer, and curious but wary after Lady, I am now fully stoked after the deliciousness of Starshine and 24 Karat Gold this past week!

No. The regular version has 14 tracks, and the DELUXE has two more bonus tracks ("Twisted" and "Watch Chain") making a total of 16 tracks on that version.

I always thought that Belle Fleur had potential...it is kind of different than anything else that Stevie has ever written lyrically and melodically IMHO.It is also the one I am most looking forward to hearing as I also love the snippet.Some of the others I did have trepidations about but after hearing Starshine and 24 Karat Gold all bets are off.
