They charged me for an extra month after I canceled and had the gall to call me up and offer me another free trial WHILE I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED. Assholes.

I have it and like it. I have never had a problem, except for my comp. was too old for the newest version, but my computer was like 10 years old I also have bellsouth.net, which has not given me any problems. But, others have had bad experiences with it.

I had cable and now have DSL because I moved to a location where there is no high speed cable access. I can't tell a difference in speed at all. And the price is cheaper!
