It's in swedish. Here's the list, it was in the swedish paper Aftonbladet:

1) Kenny Chesney, totala turnéintäkter: 403 miljoner kronor

2) Elton John & Billy Joel, 391 miljoner kronor

3) Jonas Brothers, 257 miljoner kronor

4) Paul McCartney, 224 miljoner kronor

5) Dave Matthews Band, 218 miljoner kronor


6) Coldplay, 210 miljoner kronor

7) Idols live (De tio bäst placerade deltagarna i den åttonde säsongen av ”American idol”), 161 miljoner kronor

8) Bruce Springsteen, 154 miljoner kronor

9) Fleetwood Mac, 148 miljoner kronor

10) Beyoncé, 147 miljoner kronor

ETA: I'm not too suprised by the rankings, except for the Idol tour. Really???!!!

Looks like classic rockers are finally starting to lose their touring edge. Just a couple of years ago these lists were utterly dominated by geezer rockers... now they just account for 4 out of 10. I know historically, the concert goer was much older than the record buyer... I wonder if the concert goer is lowering in age these days too?

I read in USA Today recently that Fleetwood Mac made $21 million during their tour. Glad to know that they're still doing successful tours. They just need to tour more often!
