I agree with you to an extent. But, don't all Presidents do that? I seem to remember they do, but I could be wrong. So, I do not get that upset when W does it. What I do get upset about is when he tries to shove his view of religion down the throats of people a la the $1.5 billion to teach Christian marriage

This is true. No one can be "forced" to say it.
