How many tracks are actually Demo/Outtake tracks?...How many are Live/Rehearsals....
Adam, you always have to ask such difficult questions.

There were two CD-Rs that were called "Tusk Outtakes" (volumes I & II). The tracks on both of those were basically all studio-related, except for three songs from the Atlanta 1980 soundboard (Go Your Own Way, Sisters & Songbird) on Volume II.

But there have been a lot of other studio-related things from Tusk on different people's CD-Rs. But they just weren't necessarily called "Tusk Outtakes" on the CD cover.

Exclamation What's funny...

is how people take the songs from the first 2 "Tusk Outtakes" cd's and make their own mix/compilation cd's then up and pass them off as new "Tusk Outtakes" (ie-Tusk Outtakes Vol.3)...Brian J.

I figured that out when I received that 3rd "Tusk Outtake" disc a long time ago (Received it for free matter-of-fact...)...lol, Even the so-called "King" Elvis seems to have alot of "CRAP" that keeps appearing on cd bootlegs year after year when most is just easily available on other bootlegs elsewhere before some "Einstein" decided to make their on mix/compilations and pass it off to make a buck...Brian J.

I've been collecting Mac boots for 25 years (I bought my vinyl "Almanac" in 1979), & it's still pretty confusing because there's so much. I used to have a pretty good handle on all of it, but when I pooped out on collecting in 1987, things just steamrolled on & left me behind.

The final performance of "Sara" by FM was more than likely one of those shows in Europe in the spring of 1988. They didn't play it every show that spring, apparently, but they played it in London & Sweden & probably elsewhere.

It's just a notorious myth that the band opened with "Sara" in New Jersey in 1990.
