The story that I've always heard was that "Book of Miracles" was part of the instrumental track Lindsey was working on during the Tango sessions for what became Stevie's "Juliet." I guess at some point it was decided not to pursue that song anymore, but so now there was this Lindsey instrumental track there that had been based on/intended for a Stevie song -- so that's why the dual writing credit.

But I don't really know how accurate or inaccurate that story is. It sounds plausible enough, but I'm not even sure where the story originated. Perhaps someone else knows?
