Default Rosebud Documentary Indoor Performances

Perhaps someone (maybe someone who has the liner notes to Rumors Deluxe) can clear a few things up for me. I know the outdoor performance are from Santa Barbara 1976. I've read that the indoor performances are from a rehearsal or are, in any case, not before an audience. Does anyone know:

1. Are the indoor performances indeed from a rehearsal?
2. If not, were they recored specifically for the film?
3. Were they in a studio?
4. Were they were recorded in 1976 or in 1977?
5. Were the videos for Rhiannon and Go Your Own Way aired on MTV as official videos? They say "Official Music Video" but I wonder whether the band released them as such in the seventies or early eighties, or only later retrospectively. If the former, it seems somewhat odd because they include snippets of interview footage.

Thanks.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the indoor parts were recorded a couple of months after the Santa Barbara outdoor show. It was recorded at a soundstage specifically for the documentary. The goal of the documentary was to promote the band for European tour promoters so they could book a tour in Europe, since the band had moved to the US Europe had kind of forgotten about them. "Rhiannon" and "Go Your Own Way" were promotional videos (I don't think "official music video" was even a thing back then) they were shown on music shows like The Old Grey Whistle Test, later when MTV started they became music videos, just like "Sara" from the Tusk doc and "Dreams" which was recorded at a soundcheck in Paris.

Thanks. Do you know whether they also released that live clip of "Sisters Of The Moon" for TV shows (and later MTV) to play, as they did with the live clip of "Sara" recorded around the same time?
