Thanks Michele and Elle for saying this. It's all a long story. My sister did make it through a major surgery, but she has a long way to go. She is going to need physical and speech therapy. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem willing to work toward getting better. I am hoping that will change.

^Glad to see you back, Holiday Road. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Therapy is hard because the earlier you start the more chance you have for a full recovery, BUT many people are depressed and don't want to start immediately to gain back their physical abilities, because they're emotionally spent. It's a Catch 22, but at least your sister has a good support system behind her.

Thanks, Michele. I am glad to be back, too. Unfortunately, being stubborn and impossible is nothing new for my sister. Maybe it will all work out eventually.
