I completely agree with you on this. The best thing that has happened with this band in the last two years (since Christine returned) is this duo album by Lindsey and Christine. There is no reason for Stevie to change her mind at this 11th hour and say she'll contribute. It's best for everyone (Stevie included) for her to have nothing to do with this album.

Yes, I do think they probably hope for good reviews from critics, but sales and charting likely isn't on their radar. At least, I know it shouldn't be.

I agree that they could call it Fleetwood Mac, but I guess they have their reasons. I don't mind what it's called.

What are the chances of us getting a couple of singles at the end of March or early April?

And is this definitely going to happen? Or is it more pontificating? Remember Christine was saying shortly after her return that there would be an album out by the end of that year or something. I'm excited but I don't want to be disappointed again with this band.

I like it. Buckhingham/McVie has been a thing since, World Turning.

If there isn't a single by late March/early April, I seriously doubt it will make a May release date!

I doubt there will be any lead single before the event. There may be a preorder on iTunes where you can listen to 30-second snipets of the songs.

At his point, I just want the damned thing done! They said May, so I'm praying for that, but know the waiting could lead into fall.

I agree with Aleuzzi, I doubt there will be a single from the album. I also wonder whether they will do any talk shows like Fallon, Kimmel, etc. It would be nice to see them, but I don't think they will. We'll find out in a few months...

I shouldn't have to be this nervous.

They'd better not push it under the rug, because goat breath isn't on it.
