I guess we will find out when this case goes to court as I assume the band members will be under oath when they share their side.

Did Lindsey just file the lawsuit? If so, why did he wait until the new Mac went out on the road and not when he initially got fired? Or maybe he did.

I'm actually chuckling inside about this although it's really kind of sad. Leave it to me to fall in love with the most drama filled band ever!

Oh well.

If they don't settle then there will probably be depositions. I'm not sure if those can be sealed or not. If not and this thing goes to trial we will get all the gory details of Music Cares including whatever the hell he did to Karen and past history of bad behavior. I'm wondering if this comes as a result of him rejecting an offered settlement or no offer of settlement at all. Oh man oh man, oh man I have so many questions right now.
