Toad the Wet Sprocket's 2014 release "New Constellation" CD
Great comeback CD with their classic sound. Really like the title track and "Is anyone out there". Actually the entire album is pretty good.

Looking forward to seeing them again in June.

Reveling in the gloriousness that is The Black Keys' Turn Blue.

I have always been a casual fan of The Pretenders. Lately I've been seeing Chrissie Hynde on TV promoting her first album using just her name. She's such cool lady rocker, with a unique signiture voice.I went out an bought her album Stockholm. I'm listeninng to it now for the third time. It's pretty damn good!

What I'm listening to now.

Casey Kasems American Top 40 countdowns on iHeart Radio.

Today I heard the top 100 of 1975 and part of the top 100 of 1980 when I was doing some work.

Dont forget to check the Casey Kasem links I posted in my{ I just want to share Stevie} thread in the Stevie forum for some treats.

It's their best album thus far! It's just amazing. It takes a special band for me to take into my vast decades-spanning collection of music. Usually I mate with them for life, following them and obtaining their entire catalog. The Black Keys made the cut. Prior to them, it was the Scissor Sisters.

I LOVE listening to the ATF shows from the 70s and 80s... so happy they're doing those. They really take you back, that is if you're old, like me.

Speaking of being transported back... I recently purchased the US Festival 1983 DVD and have been watching it the last couple of days. What a hoot that was! If there were a holodeck and I could pay $10,000 for a trip back in time, I would MOST DEFINITELY do US Festival 1983 again.

As for wishes, it would also be nice, and maybe a little more realistic, to have a full length Stevie Nicks US Festival show. I really love her OTR version from that show.

I totally feel the same way! It happened for me with their 2010 release Brothers, which I first heard in a Nissan commercial that used the track Tighten Up.

RIP Casey..... I love him...

I got AT40 on now as they run the top hits of 1974.Earlier today I heard Stevie's EO17 coming in at song 12 when it was on the charts.

So far I did not hear the 1977 AT40 show when FM Dreams hit number one on iHeart Radio which I'm sharing in the Stevie section.

Its so great they are playing these shows.I started listening and collecting these shows since they started rerunning these AT40 shows around 2006 .They give me good memories when I was young and enjoy every song in the top 40.

Casey is playing John Denver's "Sunshine On My Shoulders" coming in at 20 as I type this post.

Yes I agree about a full Stevie set on the US Fest .There is a VHS copy to DVD floating around on YouTube and other places online.I'll pay anything to go back in time and fly out to LA to see Stevie live on her HBO taping and the US Fest or any shows from her first two solo tours and I'll add FM's Mirage tour.

As I'm still listening to Casey Kasem on IHeart Radio as I work on a project. It was nice to hear Stevie's EO17 ranking in at 50 of 1983 in its top 100 of 1983.

Last night I 'found' the additional demos/outakes from the 35th Anniversary Rumours box. I was scrolling through the music on my phone, saw them, and thought to myself 'oh yeah....forgot all about those.'

So that's what I am listening to right now, but I've had Stevie's 'At The Fair' stuck in my head for a couple of days.
