Default I know I'm not wrong

Something about the CD release of tusk What I didn't like was the alternate version (i.e. the chorus) of "I know I`m not wrong". I liked The LP version much better. Any opinions?

Let me know what your version is like. I found out 2 different things. First "Sara" is edited, but I already read here that other users mentioned it too. The second thing is the chorus from "IKIMWrong", where the band sings background "uhs and ahs". Perhaps in Europe there`s a different CD than overseas? The "best of" over here is f.e. also different- a single disc without additional stuff like in the US. So I`m interested what's your version like!?

I like the cd version much better. It was a great surprise when I got the cd and heard the added vocals. However, I don't think it was the "band". It's Mr. Buckingham.

'Straight Back' from Mirage is similar, it has added instrumentation on the CD release that is not on the LP version.

'I Know I'm Not Wrong' was the only track I noticed differences on on the Tusk CD, part from of course the crimanally edited 'Sara'.

This song is such a favourite of mine!!! I've only got the CD, so I'm glad at least I have the better of the versions. It wouldn't be as good without those chorus vocals.

My big question is - will they pull this one out live? How much has it been done live before? Not much I gather, but I recall it was done during the Tusk tour at least. How does it work out live?

I'd love to see a merged "Not That Funny"/"I Know I'm Not Wrong" done live!!

Where can I hear this alternate version of "I Know I'm Not Wrong"?

The original version I first knew is on the "tusk" LP release from 1979. The alternate version is on the CD release of "tusk". On LP you also got the original unedited version of "Sara". Perhaps somebody here can provide you a download...? I don't have the technical abilities here- sorry.
