It looks like "The Apartment Song" is the same one we've heard before, but unless I'm mistaken and it was released elsewhere, "Insider" is a a live recording we haven't heard before from 2006. I wonder if tracks will be individually downloadable?

Two Men Talking from dusk 4 might be my favorite Tom Petty song of all time so that alone makes This set worth it for me

I think Insider is from the Gainesville show.
