Default Absolutely Fabulous will be back!

In this week's Hello! Magazine, Joanna Lumley confirmed that they start filming 3 episodes of Ab Fab in august

Many thanks to the Jennifer Saunders forum and the Joanna Lumley forum for providing this scan.

I could scream, I'm that excited.

Thanks for posting this. It makes me incredibly happy too! I've always loved Ab Fab, but have a whole new awareness/appreciation(?) of Joanna Lumley after living in the UK. Her activism for the Gurkhas, her yogurt commercials, and Joanna Lumley's Nile---I mean, she was everywhere. I've since moved back to the US and named my new kittens Patsy and Edina. I hope to soon be able to gather them around the TV and introduce them to their namesakes. lol

This!!! Absolutely Fabulous is one of my all-time favorites. French & Saunders were such brilliantly hilarious writers. Joanna Lumley might just be my favorite of the bunch, though. LOVE her.

29, of course!

CreepingDeath, the show with Sapphie having her baby wasn't that long ago, right? 5 years at the most, I hope. Or I'm going senile in my old age!

I just looked at my DVDs, and Saffron returns pregnant during season 5, which aired in 2003. So, it's not nearly as bad as I thought.

It's still 8 years, yikes! I don't remember the last thing they did, was it season 5?

Yes, season 5 was the last. You should get the box set, Absolutely Everything. It comes with seasons 1-5, The New York Special, The Last Shout, White Box, the two Christmas Specials, and over for hours of extras. I got it a couple of years ago, and it's worth every cent.

The NY special is my favourite. I wonder why

Nah but really, I'm SO buzzed about this. My girlfriend and I were watching the other day and we both agreed that it's so great they're doing more. We both thought White Box was a tiny bit lack lustre for a finale.
