I live in the UK. Shoot me first lol.

I really don't know what to do about this at all. My parents are struggling financially, so I don't want to make any large purchases because I want the money there should they need it. I wouldn't want an expensive trip on my conscience when I could use the money to help them pay bills and stave off eviction.

I'm sure there will be. I wouldn't doubt him hopping up north after Baltimore and then going down to FL. He had three tri-state area shows last tour, with a week between Atlantic City and New York, so I think it's still possible something like that would happen again.

looks like it!
I hope he comes to Ohio but not to the Cleveland House of Blues. I went there to see Hanson like 2 years ago and oh my gosh it was awful! By the time they even got on stage I just wanted to go home. Maybe I'm just not a big concert-goer. I guess I will just have to suck it up this time

Hanson fan in a Lindsey Buckingham forum! Yay!

I love HOBs but they aren't great for all acts. I'm surprised Lindsey played them since I'd ordinarily doubt he'd play a venue that requires everyone to stand. Did they put in seats for his shows there? PS - I totally sympathize with your pain of waiting for a Hanson show, especially if it was the tour where they had three openers, aaay.

That's what I was thinking too. With an act like Lindsey I just want to sit in my seat and stare!
I think it was 2008 for Hanson. I know one of the opening acts was The Veronicas...not sure about the other. But I had been standing for 5 hours before Hanson even came on and I just could not take it! And I was standing to a very annoying girl who kept trying to grind on me and my sisters friend...and I was not very happy
My sister "faked" being pregnant and they let her sit on the other side of the barrier closer to the stage! Is that awful....or genius?
Maybe I should try that for Lindsey!

Thanks! And, especially thanks to the person who took that amazing video of Soldier's Angel and zoomed out at the right time!

Red face

Lindsey played at the HOB in Cleveland and Chicago and both shows were GA seating standing room. Chicago was better because the stage was wider. Both shows were great.

Ahh, that makes sense. Every House of Blues show I've ever gone to has been GA standing, with no seats, so that's why I was confused. I wasn't sure if they were able to accomodate seats, though I know other GA venues did seats for Lindsey shows that tour, including the NYC one.

Ahh, yes, The Veronicas were in 2008, the first openers and then Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers were the second. I LOVE Hanson shows but the amount of standing required prior to the show if you want to have a good spot should qualify as an Olympic sport. I was so happy when I went to see them last year and there was ONE opener. Your sister was pretty smart! I doubt she was the first to try that!

Acutally, he did the HOB in New Orleans in 2007 and that was GA seated. It was awful. People were faking injuries in order to get special seating. People who waited for hours got shoved aside.

No Texas dates on the GOS tour? Hope that changes this time around. I could probably make it to OK if not, though.

Dang... I'm hyped about this tour!
