From experience, with them you just have to set aside your natural tendency to be patient...be a "squeaky wheel"...the louder the better. BUT, harness any "angry" vibe, just be "matter of fact" and don't take their stock answers for an answer.

Seriously. I don't know what else to do, outside of legal action. Which I am not about to fork over money for a lawyer. But *****...I'm at the end of my rope with them. It's pretty damn annoying. They say one thing and do the complete and total opposite.

Well, here for that amount of money you could take them to small claims court and you wouldn't need an attorney. It's also an expedited process, which means it wouldn't drag on forever.

Um, so file an action in small claims when you come here to see Lindsey in concert!

Thats the thing, I'd have to go all the way to Cali to file wouldn't I?

You wouldn't have to be in California to file it, but you'd have to be here for the hearing.

I rang again about my Vintage Gold Top Model 1. I have been waiting almost 18 months on a repair job. I have paid in full and I have also pain in full for a Brand New Model 1 Exactly like Lindseys and I have had no updates on that either.
I fully trust Rick and Barry and they are the most decent gentlmen around. however I am a little concerned that things are taking so long.
I recieve very few email updates from them and they very rarely answer the phone.
I have a lot of money tied up in those two guitars and I just as concerned as you Brandon. I guess all we can do is wait. We'll get them eventually. sit tight.

I got the GOS album for Xmas and it really blew me away how good it is. "Love Runs Deeper", "Right Place To Fade", "Did You Miss Me", "Underground", "Wait For You", "Treason" - just priceless. I love his electric guitar attack and wild soloing. That just drives the groove forward so much.

And "Time Precious Time" with its acoustic guitars sounding almost like a harp makes me think that for a change, he could try his hands at an all-instrumental album next time around that's more in a new age vein, you know, meditative music with layers of guitar picking emulating the harp sound and whatnot else, maybe with some fine hand-played percussions. It could even include some oriental flavors, bellydance rhythms maybe. Well, I guess I'm just dreaming ...
